Get to know the new Microsoft Customer Agreement

The Microsoft Cloud Agreement has been replaced by the Microsoft Customer Agreement. The new agreement will be enforced starting January 31st 2020 for all CSP transactions. It is highly recommended that your customers accept the new contract prior to this date to ensure there are no interruption to transactions.

How to proceed in ArrowSphere?

When placing a new order for a CSP product, please make sure that the new Microsoft Agreement is accepted by your customer and select the corresponding option in your customer’s company information.

Until the 30th of January both Microsoft Cloud Agreement and Microsoft Customer Agreement will be available in the Company Information details.

We highly recommend to start using the new agreement from now.
